On the last weekend of the 2012 /2013 season we have four main races where our runners will be having a final attempt to lower their best times. In Nottingham we have the Robin Hood Marathon where Mark W will be hoping the new course is to his liking, this will be Ironman Mark's first attempt at this distance outside of a tri for several years. Ben Mason, Andrew S and Matt are doing the half here and are all in good shape. At the 40th Berlin Marathon Gordon has the tough task of beating his own time on the same course last year while in Spalding Scott, Penny and Chris A will be tacking the 10k in what could be a strong wind.
